Abhyangam
This is an integral part of daily routine to all who desires Good health & longevity of life. It is relaxing & refreshing . Full body massage with medicated herbal oils(Abhyangam)improves circulation, physical strength, delays aging & provides long life. Including Head, Face, Spain, Full Body, Foot Massage, Palm Massage.
Shirodhara
This involves pouring of either medicated oil, milk or butter milk in a continuous stream on head in a specific manner. This relieves stress, improves slepp and provides mental well being.
Pizhichil
Whole body is bathed in streams of lukewarm medicated oil with simultaneous soft massage. It relieves body pain & muscle spasm, improves skin complexion & blood circulation. It is relaxing therapy that also provides rejuvenative effect to body.
Kizhi
Kizhi ayurveda treatment is a type of massage performed using small satchels containing herbal powders, herbs, rice or sand. Depending upon the type of material used, kizhi is classified as Elakizhi, Narange Kizhi, Podi Kizhi, Njavara Kizhi, Mutta Kizhi etc. The kizhi therapy is very effective in every aspect and it gives a new born feel to all aspirants. Thalam
Special powder mixed with medicated oil applyingon the top of the head for 20 to 45 minutes. This treatment is helpful for ENT problems
Nasyam
